SAME DAY DELIVERY
We offer same-day delivery within Sydney Metro, starting from $15. If your postcode qualifies, the option will appear at checkout with pricing based on your location. Orders placed before 11 AM AEDT on business days will arrive the same day; orders placed after 11 AM will be delivered the next business day.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package, as unattended deliveries are not possible. Additional charges apply for re-delivery. All same-day orders are handled by Rendr.
CLICK & COLLECT
Enjoy complimentary Click & Collect from our Sydney location. If eligible, this option will appear at checkout under ‘Pick Up.’
ORDER PROCESSING
Express & Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 1 PM AEDT ship the same business day; after 1 PM, they ship the next business day.
During peak periods, dispatch times may vary. Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM. A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, your order will be redirected to the nearest collection point.
DELIVERY DELAYS

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Order tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact our team.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, but we will assist wherever possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make adjustments.
All orders Returned To Sender due to not being claimed, or for incorrect addresses, re-delivery charges may be applicable.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Pre-order items ship on the specified release date. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock pieces will be shipped separately at no extra cost.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post and DHL Express. Import duties and taxes may apply to orders over $1000 NZD, payable upon delivery.

TAXES & DUTIES
THIRD FORM shall not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rest with the customer.
